Justice Delayed is Justice Denied

I accede with this statement. Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju said on Saturday at the Bar Council of India’s felicitation event for Chief Justice NV Ramana while he stressed: “Justice delayed is justice denied”. … “Law has often been seen as a rich man's profession. That’s true as if anyone goes to court for justice of his land and his case is delayed and he wins the case after 20 years when he is old. So now when he is very old and will last only for some years in this world so now the land is of no use to him he can’t even do farming in that land. This mostly transpires when a necessitous person Wants justice but can’t get good lawyers and so his case is delayed hence denied.

Like A news got to my ears that a middle-aged man in Gujrat went to a court for his landownership as his land was grabbed by some other. When he went to court and his case was getting delayed day by day. And it was delayed for months and months and then it was kept as a dirty file for years and he went to court daily on a sunny day like a tired man roaming around the court daily. As he was not able to afford an expensive lawyer after requesting for years he finally won the case after many years when he was very old and even not well and now what will he do of that land. This example shows that “Justice Delayed is Justice Denied”. Most of us just disregard these cases.

But this shows all the difference. We only see the cases of leading light’s news and cases, but we never give a bit of look at the injustice which is happening with the poor ones. Lawyers, government officers, and even police take bribes for the cases. In this world, the one who has more money can win everything whether he is wide of the mark. But this is wrong. There are some people left with righteousness. We just live in our comfort zone but never catch sight of the who does all the hard work and is honest to himself and everyone but still, no one gives him justice just because of one reason that he is not capable enough to give bribe and just, for this reason, his case is delayed his justice is impeded. The 299 members of India took three years to make India’s constitution just to see this in the future.

“Honest people are never scared of hassles!”
